Introduction
RunScore integrates with Race Roster through the Race Roster API. Use it to download participant and team registrations, map API fields to your race database, and publish live and finished results back to Race Roster.
Participant Downloads
Download participant registrations from Race Roster into RunScore using the Race Roster API Participants endpoints.
Participant Fields
Participant fields retrieved from the Race Roster API must be mapped to your race in RunScore. Mapping is automatic when field names match the column names in your participant database. If names do not match, you provide the mapping once during the first download of participant data from Race Roster.
Publish Live Results
Live results are structured JSON uploads that update the Race Roster online results page as finishers cross the line. Use this approach during your event to keep participants and spectators current on standings, splits, and finish times.
Publish Unstructured Results
Unstructured results are plain-text listing output (as opposed to structured JSON, CSV, or XML) that RunScore uploads to Race Roster. Use this approach to post formatted awards, age-group results, or overall standings exactly as they appear in your listing output.
Team Downloads
Download team records from Race Roster into RunScore using the Race Roster API Teams endpoints.
