Description

Tells the Announce screen to display the most recent finisher when it refreshes, rather than the next finisher in the queue.

Remarks

This is used with Announce Update Sec when finishers are crossing the mat faster than the screen's refresh rate. It ensures that the announcer always sees the data for the last person who crossed, instead of falling behind by displaying every single finisher in the queue.
