Bar Code Indent

Syntax​

Bar Code Indent     spaces

Parameters​

  • spaces: The number of space characters to add as padding before the bar code.

Description​

Indents the bar code from the left margin by a specified number of spaces.

Remarks​

This is used to provide blank space before the bar code, which is helpful for some types of bar code readers (wands) that need to "get up to speed" before reading the code. Laser or CCD scanners typically do not require this. This command is used with Bar Code and Labels.
