Birth Date Field / Date of Birth Field

Syntax​

Birth Date Field    field_name
Date of Birth Field field_name

Parameters​

  • field_name: The name of the date-of-birth field in the database (for example, DOB or BIRTHDATE).

Description​

Identifies the database field that holds each participant's date of birth. Birth Date Field and Date of Birth Field are aliases and function identically.

Remarks​

Required for age calculation when using commands such as Age or age-group division logic that read birth date rather than a stored age field. The date format in the field must match the race entries.ini date format (or be convertible by RunScore's date parsers).
