Syntax​

EMAIL TO            address | field_name

Parameters​

  • address: A static, hard-coded email address for sending a report to a single recipient.
  • field_name: A field name (e.g., email) that contains the recipient's address. When a field is used, a separate, personalized email is sent to each person selected in the listing.

Description​

Specifies the primary recipient(s) for the email.

Remarks​

The command's behavior (single recipient vs. bulk individual emails) is determined by whether a static address or a field name is provided.

Examples​

To send a single report to one person:

EMAIL TO            esullivan@hisisp.com

To send individual results to each person who has an email address in the database:

EMAIL TO            email
