Labels / Labels by Row

Syntax

Labels
Labels by Row

Parameters

None.

Description

Formats the output for printing mailing labels. It suppresses headers, removes trailing blanks from fields on the same line, and inserts a single space between them. Output proceeds across rows.

Remarks

Labels and Labels by Row are identical. Use the Line Feed command to specify line breaks within the label. For standard 1-inch labels at 6 lines/inch, use Line Feed 5 times total within the label definition. Can be combined with the Columns command for multi-column label sheets. Use Labels no Squeeze if you want to control spacing manually.
