Labels by Column

Syntax

Labels by Column
Records/Page        number

Parameters

• number (for Records/Page): The total number of labels that fit on one page.

Description

Formats output for printing mailing labels, similar to Labels, but prints labels down each column before moving to the next column.

Remarks

This command must be used with the Records/Page command to define the page layout (e.g., 30 for a 3x10 label sheet).

To print labels column by column on a sheet holding 30 labels:
