Numbers Used

Syntax​

Numbers Used        field_name

Parameters​

  • field_name: The name of the field containing the sequence of numbers to analyze (typically NO. for bib numbers).

Description​

Lists the ranges of numbers that are actually used within a specified field in the database.

Remarks​

This command is the inverse of Missing Numbers. It identifies blocks of consecutive numbers that have been assigned. It's often used with a Select command to ensure all records are considered (e.g., Select no. NE).

Examples​

To list the used bib number ranges:

Numbers Used        no.
Select              no.
