Syntax​

Printer             printer_type
Printer Control     escape_sequence

Parameters​

  • printer_type: The printer model to configure for. Supported values: IBM, EPSON, HP.
  • Printer Control escape_sequence: A raw escape sequence to send to the printer.

Description​

Configures printer-specific settings for direct printing. Printer selects the printer model for built-in formatting. Printer Control sends a raw escape sequence to the printer for custom control.

Remarks​

These are legacy DOS-era commands and are ignored in modern Windows versions of RunScore. Printing in Windows is handled through the standard Windows print system.

In the original DOS version, these commands were used to select fonts, set pitch, and send control codes directly to dot-matrix or early laser printers.
